  1. •Our puppies are available for adoption by loving families/individuals only (no kennels).

  2. •Both parents of the litter are our family pets, are under the care of our family vet, and are believed to be free of defect/health issues to the best of our knowledge.

  3. •Our puppies are well socialized, having daily interaction with the members of our family.

  4. •You may get an idea for the quality of our pups by visiting the Available Puppies Page for pictures and short descriptions of available puppies. 

  5. •Visits to our home are by appointment.  Please visit the Contact Page for details. 

  6. •Puppies may be reserved for a $150 non-refundable deposit.  Our adoption fee is $500 (males) and $600 (females).  Your balance is due at the time you come to take your puppy home.  We are sorry for the inconvenience, but checks will not be accepted.

  7. •Puppies will be allowed to move to their “forever” homes  after the age of 8 Weeks (1/31/2014 for the Present Litter).

  8. •All of our puppies are registrable with the AKC.  At the time of adoption, you will be supplied with an an AKC Application & PIN for an AKC Limited Registration (Full registration is negotiable).  You may make your collie’s registration using the name of your choice for your new puppy.

  9. •At the time of Adoption, we will provide you with a written bill of sale, a Puppy Passport (Shot record and Vet Examination Report), and an AKC folder with Puppy Information.

  10. •We feed our puppies Purina Puppy Chow.

  11. •We request that you have your Professional Vet health-check your newly adopted pup within 24 hours of adoption to ensure the health of your pup.  We will accept the return of your pup with a full refund of the Adoption Fee only, for Professional Vet Health Check reasons only, so long as you return the pup with your Vet’s written explanation within 7 days of adoption. 

  12. •We recommend that you bring an acceptable pet carrier for the home-going of your newly adopted pup. 

  13. •We will not ship our puppies, but we are sometimes able to make arrangements to deliver your puppy (please check our Contact Page for information on Puppy Travel / Personal Escort of your puppy).
